We are pleased to offer complimentary tea, coffee, snacks, and a hot lunch for all registered delegates at the London Orthopaedic Meeting. However, due to the high cost of catering in central London, we kindly ask all participants to be mindful of their attendance. If you need to cancel your registration, please do so at least 48 hours before the event to allow us to adjust catering arrangements accordingly. Delegates who cancel less than 48 hours before the event or fail to attend on the days they have registered for will be charged £50 per day they signed up for. This policy helps ensure that resources are used efficiently and that spaces are available for those who wish to attend. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
