Tom graduated as an Osteopath from the British School of Osteopathy after completing a 4-year degree course in Osteopathy. He graduated with Distinction having been awarded the Principals Prize for Clinical Excellence and the Technique Prize. The Technique Prize is a prestigious award given to the top student. It recognises excellence in the learning, skill and application of osteopathic manipulative techniques. Tom�s particular interest and expertise is with sports and fitness related injuries. He has a special interest in tennis injury and regularly treats players in the Men�s and Women�s ATP tours. His patients include full-time athletes, professional boxers, triathletes, bodybuilders, cricketers, footballers and rugby professionals. Having played sport at a high level himself enables Tom to bring real insight into the need to keep your body on top form to compete. This includes recent completion of ironman distance triathlon and ultra-distance running races. Tom attends and provides care at professional sporting events including Boxing and Muay Thai Boxing. Tom works with Orthopaedic and Neurological Consultants at London Bridge Hospital in London and BMI Sloane Hospital in Beckenham. He is a regular observer in the operating theatre ensuring he keeps up to date with the latest developments in orthopaedic and neurological care and techniques. For two years Tom also ran an in-house osteopathy clinic for Marks and Spencer at their flagship Bluewater store. This gave him a valuable insight into the demands of the corporate environment. Pureform Clinic has expanded in 2016, with a new full-time consulting space at David Lloyd Beckenham, in addition to the spaces at Breeze Yoga and Bromley South. Patients can now access experienced and expert Osteopaths, Physiotherapists and Sports Massage Therapists within one clinic.
