Mr Venu Kavarthapu is a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon with specialist interest in lower limb orthopaedics. In 2007 the Diabetic Foot Team (of which Mr Kavarthapu was the orthopaedic team member) from King�s College Hospital were the winners at the prestigious Hospital Doctor Awards. Mr Kavarthapu qualified from A.P, University of Health Sciences, India before completing his basic surgical and specialist registrar rotation training in the Southeast Thames Region. His sub-speciality training included Minimally Invasive Hip Surgery Fellowship in Los Angeles and a Foot & Ankle Fellowship in London.
