We are pleased to offer complimentary tea, coffee, snacks, and a hot lunch for all registered delegates at the London Orthopaedic Meeting. However, due to the high cost of catering in central London, we kindly ask all participants to be mindful of their attendance. If you need to cancel your registration, please do so at least 48 hours before the event to allow us to adjust catering arrangements accordingly. Delegates who cancel less than 48 hours before the event or fail to attend on the days they have registered for will be charged £50 per day they signed up for. This policy helps ensure that resources are used efficiently and that spaces are available for those who wish to attend. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Abhi Gulihar is a fellowship trained orthopaedic surgeon specialising in surgery of the shoulder, elbow, wrist and hand. He has a special interest in shoulder replacement surgery and the management of sports injuries. Abhi believes in evidence-based practice whilst utilising the latest
techniques, with an emphasis on patient centred care.
Abhi completed his specialist orthopaedic training in East Midlands and Kent, Surrey and Sussex and then went on to do fellowships at the Southwest London Elective Orthopaedic Centre and the European Arthroscopy Fellowship. He has also taken the opportunity to visit several experts in Shoulder surgery in Europe and USA to learn the latest advances and techniques. He now has a busy NHS practice at the Kings College Hospital NHS trust managing routine and complex conditions and injuries of the upper limb
Robbie Ray
Orthopaedic Surgeon (Foot and Ankle) Princess Royal University Hospital, King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust
Mr Ray is double international fellowship trained in Sydney, Australia and Toronto, Canada. He won the prestigious BOFAS Gold fellowship award for his time in Sydney. He initially worked as consultant foot and ankle surgeon at the world-renowned St George’s Hospital major trauma centre. He has moved his NHS practice to Kings College Hospital Foundation trust do develop and modernise the elective foot and ankle service at the South sites. Mr Ray has some of the most advanced training in minimally invasive surgery amongst UK surgeons and endeavours to deliver high quality, safe, modern treatments to his patients.

Mr Bansal is a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon specializing in hip and knee surgery He has a special interest in treating wide range of hip and knee conditions including arthritis, sports injuries, and trauma. He has expertise not only in joint replacement for arthritic condition but also in joint preservation procedures such as partial knee replacement, osteotomies, and chondral procedures. Being a sports person himself, he gets immense gratification in treating patients with sports injuries. He is also extremely proficient in managing traumatic injuries of lower limbs.
Dominic Davenport

Mr Dominic Davenport is a Consultant Orthopaedic surgeon who specialises in hipand knee surgery and management of lower limb injuries. Dominic qualified fromGuy’s, King’s and St. Thomas Medical School and completed higher surgical training in Trauma and Orthopaedic Surgery in South London, including rotations at Guys and St Thomas Hospitals, St. George’s Hospital and Southwest London Elective Orthopaedic Centre (SWLEOC). He completed a Master's degree in Sports and Exercise Medicine at the University of Bath and then two specialist fellowship posts, learning advanced techniques in knee surgery at Guys Hospital and in hip surgery at the Royal Bournemouth Hospital. He has a particular interest in hip and
kneereplacement including partial knee replacement and his current research activities include management of hip dysplasia, day-case hip and knee surgery, and optimisation of patients’ health prior to joint replacement surgery. He has published widely in major Orthopaedic journals and regularly attends and presents at national and international conferences keeping up to date with the latest techniques. He has a passion for education, winning several awards for designing and delivering Orthopaedic training in the region, and has published journal articles and a textbook to assist medical students and junior doctors in their Orthopaedic training. Dominic focuses on a personalised, patient-centred approach to treatment and offers both non-operative and operative treatments for a wide variety of hip and knee problems in adult patients of all age groups.
Kishan Gokaraju
Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon (Upper Limb and Trauma) Princess Royal University Hospital, King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust
Kishan Gokaraju is a triple-fellowship trained upper limb surgeon at Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. Following training on the esteemed Stanmore rotation, he completed internationally renowned fellowships in Brisbane, Sheffield & Coventry. He has won the prestigious BESS, BOA and Watanabe travelling fellowship awards for experiences at Centres of Excellence in the UK, France & North America with world-leading surgeons. As a result, he has expertise in upper limb trauma and elective surgery, from shoulder to hand. While having significant academic success with published research and international presentations, his main focus lies in teaching, having set-up and ran several FRCS-level educational programs and courses locally and nationally. He is looking forward to co-hosting this 1st London Orthopaedic Meeting.
Aanchal Jain
Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon (Upper Limb and Trauma) Princess Royal University Hospital, King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust
Aanchal Jain is a Consultant Hand and Wrist surgeon at the Princess Royal University Hospital. She qualified from Imperial College London and completed her specialist training on the Southwest London rotation. She has completed fellowships at prestigious institutions such as Queens Medical Centre, Nottingham, and the Pulver Taft Hand Unit, Derby. Ms Jain is active in medical education and is a member of faculty on several eminent national courses for surgeons. She has written book chapters, published in peer-reviewed journals and presented her work both nationally and internationally.
Max Edwards
Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon (Hip, Knee and Trauma) Princess Royal University Hospital
Max Edwards is an Orthopaedic Surgeon in South London, providing NHS services based at the Princess Royal University Hospital in Farnborough. Privately he consults at The Sloane Hospital in Beckenham and Chelsfield Park Hospital in Orpington. Although trained in general Orthopaedics and Trauma, he specialises in disorders of the Knee and Hip. Mr Edwards completed his surgical training in the Southeast Thames region (primarily at Guy’s and St Thomas' Hospitals). He has recently returned from a year of advanced sub-specialist training in Toronto, Canada. During this fellowship, he gained expertise in the latest techniques for treating disorders of the Knee and Hip. These include primary and revision arthroplasty, hip resurfacing, computer navigation and joint preserving procedures (like osteotomies around the knee, and microfracture). Alongside the development of his current busy NHS practice, he has specific interests in medical education and research. His research has led to numerous presentations all over the world and publications in internationally renowned Orthopaedic journals. He is committed to providing the highest quality of Orthopaedic care, with a patient centred and evidence-based approach.

Mr Razi Zaidi is a highly skilled and accomplished Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon specialising in foot and ankle surgery. With extensive training and experience in trauma and orthopaedic surgery, he is recognised for his expertise in managing complex foot and ankle pathologies, including total ankle replacement, arthrodesis, diabetic foot management, and minimally invasive techniques.
